Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CYBER SECURITY INSIDERS LLC (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides cybersecurity intelligence, content feeds, and AI-assisted features. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional security advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
  • If you add a phone number, you represent you have the right to use that number and receive SMS messages at it.

3. SMS notifications and MFA (optional)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive texts related to account security (including MFA codes) and, if you separately opt in, product notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of non-essential SMS by replying STOP (where supported) or by updating your notification preferences in the Service. For help, reply HELP (where supported) or contact support@cyber-security-insiders.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except with explicit written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending excessive requests.
  • Upload or transmit malware, exploits, or content designed to compromise systems.
  • Misuse AI features to generate content that violates laws or third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are described at checkout.

  • Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may provide discretionary refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

7. User content

You may submit content to the Service (for example: saved filters, feedback, and AI prompts) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and processing), and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

8. AI outputs and limitations

AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Third-party services and links

The Service may include links to third-party sites or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
